Frank Adler is a single man raising a child prodigy - his spirited young niece Mary - in a coastal town in Florida. Marc Webb was born in Bloomington, Indiana in 1974. He is an American music video, short film, and film director. He made his feature film directorial debut with the romantic comedy-drama 500 Days of Summer, and went on to direct the Spider-Man reboot The Amazing Spider-Man, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and the drama films Gifted and The Only Living Boy in New York.
